With over 20 years of experience in all functions of the People Operations layout, Nicole specializes in partnering with start-ups to bring their HR foundation to life. Nicole is a connector; she is dedicated to creating an engaged and empowered workforce that carries a sense of belonging and commitment to your organization.
Nicole believes that your People Operations should complement your business, not complicate it. Her approach is to be consistent because this will keep the company compliant. To be present because it helps her relate to others, and more importantly, she builds on what has already been achieved. She understands the business from a functionalist perspective; and understands expected growth, processes, employees, culture, what is working for the business, and opportunities for growth. Our objective is to keep costs low, and put in policies and procedures that fit the business while still reaching your desired outcomes.
Marissh- Financial Systems Principal
A seasoned Oracle EPM specialist and Oracle Essbase 11 Certified Implementation Specialist, Marissh Pillai brings over a decade of hands-on experience optimizing financial systems for organizations of all sizes. With deep expertise in HFM, Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, EPBCS, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR), he is a go-to expert for system implementations, performance optimization, and automation.
Marissh is known for his strategic, results-driven approach, working closely with clients to design customized solutions that enhance financial reporting, streamline workflows, and maximize system efficiency. Whether leading complex migrations, refining forecasting models, or empowering finance teams through training and best practices, he consistently delivers transformative results.
Holding a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Marissh combines technical excellence with a deep understanding of business needs, making him an invaluable partner in driving financial success.
